Occupational Therapy

  • Pediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and during play. These skills include tasks like holding a pencil, using utensils, getting dressed, managing emotions, and interacting with others. OTs work with children to improve hand strength, coordination, sensory processing, attention, and independence.

Physical Therapy

  • Pediatric physical therapy focuses on helping infants and children attain gross motor skills. These skills include rolling, crawling, sitting up, walking, running, jumping and more. PTs help children of all ages improve muscle tone, coordination, strength, range of motion, balance and posture.

PTs can help with footwear, toy recommendations and help with physical activities and play skills.
